Damien founded Orangeseed in 1996 and has overseen its transformation from a boutique design firm into a leading branding and marketing communications agency. Damien’s vision has evolved into an environment where the creative process thrives and client service is always at the forefront.
With nearly 20 years in the creative industry, he has led brand strategy, communications planning, and creative development for a diverse range of clients, including Andersen Corporation, Harvard Divinity School, Thomson Reuters, and Wells Fargo. Damien leads by example and is compelled to understand a client’s business and to solve problems as a team. He is an advocate for working closely with internal communications groups and is the author of a book written to foster successful relationships between design firms and in-house creative departments: Bringing Graphic Design In House.

In an industry where design is synonymous with business, Jon lives and breathes business. His strategic insight and experience are invaluable to the agency and its creative process. With a master’s degree in business and a background in service organizations, Jon champions Orangeseed’s operational and financial growth. His leadership is direct, his process is logical, and his approach is sociable. And when your hobbies include reading annual reports and deciphering tax codes, it’s no wonder Jon settled in the creative field just to balance things out.
